Hppn builds with AI. Jenks, our AI agent, helps us prepare a first model of a business and analyse the evidence, so the analysis that usually stalls a decision gets done. This page says what that means for you and your data.
People decide
AI drafts and analyses. An Hppn founder reviews the models, analysis and recommendations before they reach you. We label modelled figures and assumptions, and we keep them apart from the figures you supplied. Human review reduces the risk of error. It does not remove it. The decisions stay yours.
What happens to your data
- We use your data to prepare for, deliver and administer your engagement, to keep our systems secure, and to meet our legal obligations. We never use one client's confidential data in another client's work.
- Each client has an access-controlled workspace, kept separate from every other client's. The application and your stored data are hosted in Google Cloud's European regions. Some service, support and AI processing may happen outside that location, under the safeguards in our privacy notice.
- Our AI tools run on commercial services from Anthropic, OpenAI and Google, on settings where the provider says it does not use what we send or receive to train its general models unless we opt in. We don't opt in. Providers may keep or review limited data for security, abuse prevention, support or legal compliance, as their business terms describe.
- We name the main AI services we expect to use in your engagement letter, we keep a register of them, and we tell you before a materially different provider handles your confidential or personal data.
We say where AI did the work
We say where generative AI did material work in a deliverable. During review we flag the assumptions, estimates and uncertainties that could change a decision.
Before we have met
If you send us a problem, or your key, through one of our sites, we may use AI tools to help us prepare for the first conversation, from what you sent and public information about your company. We do not send you AI-generated material in reply to an enquiry unless a founder has reviewed it first.
